Tamas Marin is a technology advisor and fractional CTO with more than 35 years of experience across engineering, architecture, technology leadership and transformation. He helps leaders make practical decisions about AI, technology risk and operational resilience.

Tamas Marin works at the intersection of technical delivery and executive decision-making. His career spans software engineering, enterprise architecture, CTO leadership and technology transformation, with experience across startups, scale-ups and large organizations.

His work includes organizations such as Shell, AstraZeneca, Barclays, RSA and NAVTOR. He brings an engineering perspective to leadership questions: how technical debt affects growth, where AI needs accountable ownership and why operational resilience begins in everyday decisions.
